Maybe you have a point there, Little One. Following your logic, everything sold to foreign countries by America's "United Grocers," along with everyone who ever flew on United Airlines, would likewise indicate a strong desire for countries throughout the world to "unite" with the USA. That's an interesting concept. http://www.united.com/page/article/0,6867,2578,00.html?jumpLink=%2Fworldwide

Many companies around the world cash in on trends around the world to make profit.

In the USA they had freedom fries.

What this company is doing is using something that seems to be popular in China to make profit, great business sense. Oddly you don't mention how well they are doing in China, I guess by your own logic the people of Taiwan do NOT want reunification.

In case you don't know, Tong-I or "统一" is not a company. It's a brand.

The brand is registered under Taiwan company Uni-president. If China assumes the seriousness of reunification over a bowl of noodles, Taiwan will be shaking its head in huge disappointment. Maybe adequate IQ levels will be one important factor Taiwan will require from China.

Don't sweat over a bowl of instant noodle, even if you're eating spicy beef flavored noodle.

Leave the instant noodles out of politics.

There are many other things you could argue about.

Either you are a 50 cent or you must have learned from some of the greatest 50 cent that this forum has ever see. Your logic is ridiculously absurd at its best.

Taiwanese company is able to sell because it offers a great customer experience.

If your logic is applied to "United Color of Benetton", it would lead people to conclude that the whole world wants to be united with Italy, "United Color of Benetton" being an Italian company.

No it simply means that mainlanders are smart for preferring a Taiwanese brand over their own Chinese ones.
