You need a Visa to go anywhere in the world, unless you are american and are traveling within the 51 states (including Puerto Rico)

yes, you need a visa from that country's embassy before coming to that country. You also need a passport too, that's where the visa will go.

deponds on how long will you be there. if you will be there more than a month, you will need to get a visa.
