He i'm dutchman living in taiwan. I try to check it out,but it is hard to find, because if your Yuan lin is yuan lin i think it is, than i can tell you that yuan lin is not a very big town and there is not much to do, so there are no big hotels. Just ask around near the train station,mostly around there you got some cheap ones. Good luck
