A Chinese working visa will not help you get into Taiwan. The Taiwanese government DO NOT accept Chinese working visas. My friend also worked in China and came to Taiwan with her working visa. They sent her back to China, and she had to apply for a visa. You can have a look at the following website. They give all the information about visas, etc.

You can really trust this website - it's a government site and has the CORRECT information.

no you dont have to have a visa to go to taiwan since you have a china multiple working visa and taiwan is part of china so no worries, have fun in your holiday!!!
