I think you should try to buy the international phone card. I will be cheaper than using the cell phone. But if insist to use it, I think you should try 009(by sencond)/019(by min.) or the system I used 006.

To be true, the best way is to ask a friend to use their in door phone... It will be really cheaper than the above.

If you in Taiwan you can use (005) then philipin country code then phone number. 005 is the cheapest one & stable one.



There is also 007, 009, 006 can be used.
