My first reaction to Taiwan was of shock. A country with such good economic development has rather old airport with only taxi and buses for airport transfer. Building looked rather run down and poorly maintained (beside the taipei 101 and building around it). Local fashion is not amazing. Rather disappointed. Food not as good as expected too. Very oily with lots of MSG seasoning. I really wonder why i had such a bad experience.. But i really did some research before going..

I enjoy travelling to Taiwan. Taiwan is a civilized place. Convient stores all around the city. A situable of the young. We could enjoy different kinds of traditional food in Taiwan. It is also blessed with numerous natural resources. The only hesitation to go to Taiwan is to worry about the earthquake and other frequent nature disaster. BTW, I came from Hong Kong.

From here, latin american, I see in Taiwan people are whitdrawals, a bit cool and is difficult to be close them and make friends. Taiwan is modern country with low violence society, women have less rights than men so are pressed to live under them, have a good education level, good health level. Conservative societe. In my own I see so, but usually from here people find is only a far and exotic society and every news focuse exotics things since food, habits till culture.
