If you are talking about CKS Airport Hotel (the hotel outside of terminal), it's closed.
There's an in-terminal transit hotel run by Eva Airlines' EverGreen Group, (www.evergreen-hotels.com), please check out their website.
The hotel is...........not very good......you have to be prepared for it.
If you just look for a reasonable hotel to stay, try Tao Yuao or Chung Li. They are under USD 80 for a couple, with the transportation service from/to airport.
